Thanks for speaking with me on the phone today.  Your suggestions were timely and your advice was sound.  Any one of the builders/constructors in my area would have charged big bucks for that conversation.

Additionally, your WEB site is truly valuable.  The compilation of articles, sketches, other folk's experiences, legal aspects, and other sources/links is very useful.  It is a terrific source of relevant (and updated), clear, and valuable information. 

I applaud your efforts to enlighten and educate us 'plain folks' who are not necessarily mechanical or civil engineers.
